We strive to accommodate all of our customers. We understand that dietary restrictions and food allergies are important, and we want our guests to have the information they need to make the best decision for themselves.
While our brisket is seasoned with only salt and pepper, all of our meats are cooked in the same smokers, including products that contain gluten. Because of this, cross-contact with gluten is likely and cannot be prevented in our kitchen.
For guests with celiac disease, a severe gluten allergy, or other medical sensitivities to gluten, we cannot guarantee that any of our food is completely gluten-free. Please consider this when deciding whether to dine with us.
