Here at 603 Bar-B-Q, we do things in a traditional Texas style. We pack our smokers full each day and sell the food until it is gone for the day. Due to our lines, we do not offer call-ahead orders at this time. If you would like to place a catering order, we ask for about a week’s notice to be able to accommodate your order; the more notice you give us, the better we can accommodate your request.
