"As someone who enjoyed ten years of living on the smoke and spice of Central Texas BBQ — I’m talking Franklin, La Barbecue, the Mueller's — I came into 603 BBQ with cautious expectations. They blew me away. I had the dino ribs, and they were legit. Perfect bark, juicy all the way through, and that real-deal post oak flavor that you can smell before you even get out of the car. The meat pulled clean from the bone just right, not falling apart, just how it should be. These folks know what they’re doing. Hands down the most authentic Texas-style BBQ I’ve had in New England, and I’ve tried a bunch hoping for something close. This is it. 603 BBQ is the real deal. Good work, friends!"

"BEST BBQ HANDS DOWN!! I have never had a brisket that was so tender and flavorful, the chicken melted in your mouth, and while we were waiting he asked if we wanted try a piece of beef cheek! I can't remember the name he called it first, but it was sooo good! Tender, and melted in your mouth like butter! Something I would have never thought to try if I saw it on the menu, but I would buy that again, anyday! 1000/10 we will be back very soon! If you are reading my review trying to figure out if the trip here is worth it, I can guarantee you, IT IS!!!! You will NOT be disappointed!"

Here at 603 Bar-B-Q, we do things the traditional Texas way. We pack our smokers full every day and serve until we sell out.Due to the high demand and lines at the restaurant, we are not currently able to offer call-ahead orders.

For catering orders, we ask for approximately two weeks’ notice. The more notice you can give us, the better we can prepare and accommodate your order.
